The Dundas Modular Railway Club is overseen by an Executive. The Executive works together as a team to make decisions. The Executive will make a decision on any course of action the Club wants to take.
The current Executive (June 2026) of 4 members is:
- Superintendent: Keith Robson
- Assistant Superintendent: Roy Hickman
- Secretary: Douglas Dick
- Treasurer: Phil West
In addition to the executive, there is a Planning Committee. This is an advisory group of Club members who have been selected by the Executive to put forth ideas for the train layouts of the Club.
